Where do I find Lvl X enemies
- Typically in lvl X systems
- Typically a lvl X system also contains lvl X-1 and lvl X+1 enemies
- Hostiles are usually found in the same lvl planet or one up and one down see Neutral Zone and Faction Zones pages for all levels
Where do I find Parsteel/Tritanium/Dilithium mines Also see Neutral Zone and Faction Zones for a sortable table of resources and more.

How do I move my station?
- Find a system with a planet and free places around it
- Move all your ships back to your station
- Have a moving token ready
- Click on the planet you found before and press move station
How do I find blueprints for ships?
- Unlock the ship in the tech skill tree
- Complete various missions in your area.
- Destroy enemy(red NPC) ships of the same kind.
- Open the loot boxes and get ship parts.
How do I find upgrade parts for my ship
- Destroy ships of the same class and find upgrade parts in the loot boxes
- Complete Daily Missions and Missions in your area.
- Also check the individual Ship page for more, if available
When does my base become able to be attacked
- At Level 15, so prepare and fortify your Station and Research
What is the Vaaran Expanse?
- Also known as the Augment Space
- Vaara = Vaaran Expanse
- Augment Space is unlocked by building the Botany Bay Ship
What is Plutonium & Where can I find it?
- Common misunderstanding about Plutonium: (Common, Uncommon and Rare) are parts, not a resource, you must mine the Data Resource of both types, and then Exchange it for Augment Credits to therefore 'buy' the Plutonium Parts in the Augment Faction Store.
What are Commendations used for?
- They are only required in high level (mid/high 30's) Missions
- Don't purchase them until you need them.
How do I find my Server Number/ID?
- Turn on either airplane-, flight- or offline-mode on your device and wait briefly for an error message.
- Do not close the error message and look closely at the top right corner of your screen or bottom.
- Within that dark gray text you'll find 3 numbers representing your ServerID.
- OR: Attempt to claim a gift multiple times in succession.
How do I change Servers?
- Currently Server Transfer is available for players level 12 and below on a limited number of servers.
- You can also contact Scopely Customer Support, in very few cases they help. Though it is extremely rare.

How do I leave the game?
- You can possibly leave by simply never logging back in & deleting the game
- If you find that difficult, contact Scopely Customer Support via email: startrek-support@scopely.io & formally request your game to be deleted be very sure of your decision as it is final and non-retractable!
